Weekly News: February 19-22

News:

I hope you enjoyed a relaxing three-day weekend with your families. Only three more weeks until Spring Break!

We had a wonderful Valentine's Day Celebration! Thank you for all of the donations and help! Pictures will be up on our share site soon!

My email was hacked over the weekend so please do not open anything you receive from me unless it has a "subject line". My apologies!

Report cards and conferences are coming up and I will be doing my after-school assessments NEXT WEEK after school. Again, each child will stay after school one day next week until 1:00 to complete his or her assessments with me. {There will be no tutoring this week!} Please send a lunch on this day and pick up your child from our classroom at 1:00. You will receive a note on your Homework Folder with your child's day. I will try my best to work around electives as much as I can. Please continue to work with your child on ALL skills. Our second round of parent conferences will be shortly after Spring Break. I am looking forward to meeting with all of your again soon and discussing your child's amazing growth from the past few months!

Continue to work on your community service projects. These will be due at the end of May. Please see me if you have any questions. OUR TWO WEEK SPRING BREAK COMING UP IS THE PERFECT TIME TO WORK ON THESE PROJECTS!!

Upcoming Events:
February 25-February 28: Assessment Week
March 4-8: Read Across America Week and Dr. Seuss Celebration {more info coming soon!}
